Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Screen Studio Affiliate Program ("Program") operated through Lemon Squeezy. By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement as well as Lemon Squeezy's Affiliate Terms.

3.1. To join the Program, you must first sign up at affiliates.lemonsqueezy.com and apply to become an affiliate.

3.2. Lemon Squeezy reviews and vets every new applicant to the affiliate platform.

3.3. Once approved by Lemon Squeezy, you will need to join the Screen Studio Affiliate Program by finding it on the list of programs or visiting the direct link.

3.4. After completing a short form, you will receive your referral link.

3.5. You can use either the default link format (screenstudio.lemonsqueezy.com/?aff=YOUR_CODE) or the shorter format (screen.studio/@YOUR_CODE).

4. Brand Protection and Advertising Restrictions

Brand Bidding Prohibition: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on Screen Studio's brand name, trademarks, variations, misspellings, or confusingly similar terms in any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other search engine marketing platform.

4.2. Prohibited Search Terms: Affiliates may not bid on or use the following terms (including variations and misspellings) in their PPC campaigns:

• "Screen Studio"
• "ScreenStudio"
• "Screen-Studio"
• Any combination of "Screen Studio" with other terms (e.g., "Screen Studio app", "Screen Studio download", "Screen Studio review", etc.)

4.3. Negative Keywords: Affiliates who engage in PPC advertising must add "Screen Studio" and related brand terms as negative keywords in all their campaigns.

4.4. Display URL and Ad Copy: Affiliates may not use Screen Studio's brand name in their display URLs or suggest they are the official Screen Studio website.

4.5. Ad Hijacking Prevention: Affiliates may not engage in any form of ad hijacking, including but not limited to:

• Placing ads that appear when users search for "Screen Studio"
• Using browser extensions or software that replaces or inserts affiliate links
• Any other method that diverts traffic intended for the official Screen Studio website

5. Promotional Guidelines

5.1. Affiliates may promote Screen Studio through:

• Blog posts and articles
• Social media content
• Email newsletters
• YouTube videos and tutorials
• Other content marketing methods

5.2. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Screen Studio in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5.3. Prohibited promotional methods include:

• Spam
• Unsolicited email
• Cookie stuffing
• Typosquatting
• Misleading claims about the product
• Any illegal or deceptive marketing practices

6. Term and Termination

6.1. This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.

6.2. Screen Studio may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement, particularly the brand bidding restrictions in Section 4.

7.1. Screen Studio actively monitors search engine results and PPC advertising for violations of these terms.

7.2. By joining the Program, you agree to allow Screen Studio to monitor your promotional activities related to our brand.

7.3. Violations discovered through monitoring will result in immediate termination from the Program.
