This guide explains how to share diagnostic information with our support team to help troubleshoot issues you may encounter.
Diagnostic data includes technical information about your setup:
• Screen Studio version
• macOS version
• Mac specifications
• Connected camera details
• Microphone information
Note: This only includes device names and models - no content or personal data is accessed.
Open Screen Studio
In the menu bar, navigate to Screen Studio
→ Settings
Switch to the Advanced
tab
Scroll to the bottom of the window
Click the Share diagnostics info
button
If you're logged in, your account will be automatically associated with the report. Otherwise, you'll need to provide your email address for identification.
Before sending diagnostic info, ensure you:
Email our support team at team@screen.studio
Include a detailed description of the issue you're experiencing
Without a description of the problem, diagnostic data alone may not be sufficient for our team to assist you effectively.
