Update your email address

There are two methods to change the email address linked to your license:

Method 1: If you have access to your old email account

  1. Go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders and log in using the email currently associated with your license.
  2. Once logged in, locate the icon in the top right corner that displays the first letter of your name. Click on this icon.
  3. From the dropdown menu, choose "Account." Your account information will be displayed.
  4. Find the option to change your email address and update it to your new preferred email.

Method 2: If you don’t have access to your previous email account

  1. Contact support by emailing team@screen.studio with proof of your license purchase. This may include a receipt, invoice, or transaction screenshot. Additionally, please provide as many details as possible about your license, such as the license key, your previous email, and the date of purchase.

Once we verify that you are the owner of the license, we will reach out to Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, on your behalf to change the email address.
